At The Growth Accelerator, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The service must be unused or underutilized according to our assessment.
- You must request the refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@thegrowthaccelerator.io. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@thegrowthaccelerator.io.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for services.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and digital products may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly marked at the point of purchase.
